My roots in speaking come into play by understanding that leadership is not rooted in the small individual definition that most people hold themselves to be. Each of us is a much larger presence when rooted in the very intuition referenced by Albert Einstein. Personal honors mean little in a world of intuitive awareness.

What I believe separates me from other leadership speakers is the nesting of my message in personal experience. It’s that richness in intimacy that allows for a much more impactful talk. When I speak to you as an audience, my main goal is that you will feel the experience and the intuitive framework that forms this bigger picture called Awakened Leadership.

Over the years I have listened to the wisdom of the seasoned leaders that surrounded me. By listening carefully to the words of my peers and mentors, I was able grasp and understand that there was something much bigger in the exercise of leadership that most understood. My hope is that you get the adequate information you need to make the best decision possible.

Distilling the Leadership Challenge

The leadership world today is bubbling with new and continuing discoveries related to the internal maturity of our leaders. While this literature is replete with observation, there are few voices of those who have actually walked the path. As a result, there is much confusion when undertaking the leadership challenge for organizations.

I share with audiences that the first major question today’s executives must answer if they wish to instill a lasting brand of leadership – whether to develop the maturity of their people, or to install a variety of systems and procedures that do nothing to foster personal development.
